What we hold, and why.

This is the notice shown next to every opt-in field on the site, and the exact wording recorded against your contact record as evidence of consent:

By subscribing you agree to receive email updates. We record your email address, the time you subscribed and your IP address as proof of consent. Unsubscribe any time from the link in every email.

Subscribing is double opt-in: nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and the matching List-Unsubscribe headers, so you can leave from your mail client without opening anything.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never reach this site — we keep the order, the amount, and the identifiers Stripe gives us so we can grant access, issue receipts and handle refunds.

Signed-in members have lesson progress, quiz attempts, notes, certificates and community posts stored against their account, because those features cannot work otherwise. Video is delivered by Mux, which records playback events.

Members can review marketing preferences, download an export and request account deletion from Privacy & data in their account. If you never created an account, email hello@agora.com and we will handle it by hand.
